"Get ready to have your fuckin' world rocked!"
Noboru is a character of little moral and lots of ambition. With one goal in mind-- to observe human reactions-- he constantly acts recklessly to see how far he can push others. While it's unknown whether or not this is his true way of thinking, it's the most clear (and unfavourable) of his traits.
On the idol scene, he is a nuiscance to other groups and a hazard on stage. He does his best to get away with anything "risky" and annoy as many people as he can. It's a wonder to others that he hasn't been blacklisted. He constantly tries to ward off any actual hate and craft his fanbase around how crazy his group is. That way, as he puts it, "we'll become unstoppable!"
Starting from a young age, Noboru became dissatisfied with situations built on normality. He liked observing and studying; probably more than the kids around him. This brought on a slew of exaggerated fits and attitudes crafted to make others react in response; namely rude or unruly ones. This made him a "trouble child" for several years, being constantly under supervision. He saw this as part of the plan, however, and didn't mind the extra attention. As he grew up, he got craftier with his persona and goals, finally deciding to become the "worst idol" out there.
Forming his unit
Managing to pass the entrance exam, he entered the academy with newfound confidence. Planning on recruiting people equally as passionate as him (for all the wrong reasons), Noboru set out on his mission. Being a first year, he didn't have a good start on seeking out others (as most people were already in a unit or didn't take him seriously). However, as he wouldn't give into such expected results, he eventually found two people that just may have worked. After studying them for some time, and creating all sorts of plans based around what he learned, he finally decided to approach them one day with a proposal. The two, Kiyoshi and Chizue, were luckily not tied to any unit, and gracefully accepted Noboru's invitation. Surprised by their willingness, he gained deep respect for them off the bat for their sudden kindness towards him. Still, as the leader of the group, he strided onwards towards the dream of total idol chaos.

- He is an avid gamer, even though he sucks.
- Despite (purposefully) making bad music, he knows a ton about music theory and creating good instrumentals.
- He is lactose intolerant.
- He only uses honorifics on the people he respects/trusts.
- Out of all music genres, he enjoys "cute" pop music the best.

Noboru admires Chizue's passion and drive, often unintentionally copying some of her phrases or manuerisms. He sees her as an older sister figure and grows extremely hostile towards anyone who makes any form of negative comment at her.
kiyoshi •

Not able to get a grip on what Kiyoshi's thoughts or personality are, Noboru finds them worthy of observation. He often tries to use his tricks on Kiyoshi to little-to-no reaction, which both irritates and fascinates Noboru. After many attempts, Noboru eventually considers Kiyoshi a respectable figure.

Despite what Noboru claims during their petty kid fights, he sees potential in Reon that doesn't show in his other classmates. He sees her as a true rival and the only one who can match him in terms of craziness.
