GENERAL INFO

NAME: Titan (Short for Titanium)

TRIBE: Brasswings

AGE: 27

GENDER: Male

PRONOUNS: He/Him

SEXUALITY: Straight/Hetero

OCCUPATION: Emperor of the Brasswing Empire.

PERSONALITY

SUMMARY: The very pinnacle of what it means to be a Brasswing. Strong, steadfast, loyal to their nation and expecting the same loyalty in return. They prioritize their tribe first above all others, and maintain faith and order through their iron-grip authority. But there is something else, hidden below the rigid and powerful surface.

HOBBIES: Said to be good at the brasswing equivalent of a card-game. Is allegedly good friends with the Jade-Order leader, Nephrite. Seldom personally seen by anyone.

FEARS: To the outside, he is fearless. But he fears the change of status quo, to lose power over his subjects. He will twist the truth as he sees necessary for maintaining control of the populace. Fears anyone physically stronger than him...Aaand most other tribes, too, to a degree.

FATAL FLAW: He is not the one in control. He knows this. And he fears it. But his fate is already sealed. (Character is doomed to die.) Thinks himself invincible.

ABILITIES

STRENGTHS: A veteran of many battles, Titan is very strong and, if the fight is to the death, emphasizes brutality against their enemy. Their tenacity has allowed them to outmaneuver their opponents in duels before.

WEAKNESSES: Most of their strengths only apply to direct, melee combat. Not very good at aerial combat. Cannot follow or fight anyone in sunlight as that would come with the very high risk of death. Overconfident.

APPEARANCE

DESCRIPTION: Their scales are a light grey with the familiar, metallic sheen most brasswings of the higher castes have. Unusual gold accents are visible on the tips of their scales as well. Dark rings surround their blue-green turqoise eyes, making their tired gaze stand out more than it otherwise would. Broad-shouldered and intimidating.

DETAILS: Their nosehorn/cresthorn splits into three near the top, giving an appearance akin to the horn of a stag-beetle. Their wingflesh is lightly torn in some places, with smaller dents and scratches visible all over their otherwise pristine self.

HEIGHT: 7'2.

BACKSTORY

Titanium was born into the life of royalty, amongst numerous siblings. Growing up, he sought to excel above his brothers and sisters, with the intent of being able to protect them from harm.
But regardless of his actions, his siblings would start to die off, the causes varying from unexpected disease and accidents, to suspected murder, which were never solved, surprisingly.

When the time came for an heir to take the throne, the Arch-Bishop of the church of Lua appointed Titanium. His reign decreed by the goddess of the three moons herself.

The first years were calm and peaceful, till Titanium sent his own, last remaining sister to prison, declaring her the culprit of the cruel and heartless murders of their siblings all along.
Worse still, he'd state he found evidence that she worked with foreign tribes for this, a plan to install her as the empress, and allow the gradual conquest and twisting of the Brass Empire to suit the needs of other tribes over their own.
On that day, Emperor Titan ensured the Brasswings would become a far more solitary tribe, seldom desiring to communicate with other tribes. The only exception being their distant cousins, the Pangowings, as the one line of trade and communication that continues without the same paranoid scrutiny.

As for when the Emperor may cast off this vigilance, no one can say.
