Airi was born on a snowy, mountain region to an Aloan Ninetails, Lua, and Hisuian Zoroark, Kei. The small family struggled to get by despite Kei being a merchant. Many pokemon didn't trust his wares and thought him as shady simply based on his looks. Many of his sales were from desperate customers who had no one else to turn to. Airi hated seeing this happen to her father and vowed to spread his good name! One day she took some of her wares and attempted to sell in another town but to her shock Airi too was given the cold shoulder. Many were too fearful to approach her, much less look at the wares... The young vulpix returned home disappointed. And disappointed and heartbroken she would remain for several more years until Airi eventually evolved into a nintails. With her new appearance she set her sight on the distant city of Erdstall, convinced once a accepted into the ranks of the Merchant guild she'll show everyone how wrong they were.
