The Eccentric is a secretive but charismatic man who tends to befriend everyone he meets, calming them with his docile nature. His charming and bubbly personality make many trust him much too quickly for their own good, allowing him to get into their heads with no detection. He's believes that all he has done was in the right as it is in the name of the moon, his patron god. He believes himself to be a higher life form than those around him, deeming them lesser creatures. At times he tends to break the religious rules he set, but excuses it in the name of the greater good, something he very firmly believes in. While he will do what he needs to to accomplish his goals he prefers others do the heavy lifting for him.
