Noel Fern

Noel Fern is a snow elf that lives and works at Winter Warland. She has the prestigious job of being one of the many elves that make blueprints for new toys (specifically tactical dolls). She has a reputation around the park for being a wild party animal. After a few glasses of eggnog she can usually be found dancing on a table while reenacting the Polar Express movie. The eggnog doesn't have to be alcoholic, and she always seems to have a table on hand.
