Permafrost

Permafrost loves to protect smaller pokemon from danger in the delicate mountains. It can be really dangerous especially for smaller pokemon to live in the snowy mountains, because any loud noise or harsh moves can cause an avalanche! She's quite well known across the region for saving those in need but she recently decided to stay in the mountains for good.
