User Code: Cat Clock

I was inspired by those super cute cat clocks, so I tried to make a profile code inspired by it! Free to use and modify however.

Uses bootstrap colours and the text box scrolls. Each bit is sectioned and labelled so if you wish to remove bits like the clock graduations, you can. Mobile friendly.
