BY OWNING ANY OF MY DESIGNS YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TOU

Misc

• Do not use for anything illegal or weird (Pedo, zoo, scams, etc.) 
• Do not use for anything hateful (Homophobic, hate speech, vandalizing, etc.)
• Do not give my designs to people on my blacklist or to some people on my greylist (will be marked)
• Do not change the design to the point where its unrecognizable
  • I dont really care if you change the species, add/remove body parts, or even change the palette but if it has very little to no resemblance to the original design I will greylist you. There are other people including me who would gladly love to keep the design, if you're gonna just change it to basically a whole different character you might as well make a new character. Though I really dont mind hard edits/redesigns, as long as I can come back and say "Oh! That's my design" without having to search for any indicators that its my design.

• Do not sell for more than the original price unless there is added artwork
• Do not sell a traded or design without adding art to it
  • I check my designs A LOT so if I notice you've added art to a design I will go ahead and edit the tradability.
• Do not resale gifted designs
  • ALL free designs gifted by me cannot be resold (this does not apply to "Free with purchase/trade" freebies). HOOOOWEVER, if I see that you have been caring for the freebie  like draw/getting art of them (whether its gifted, bought, or traded for), getting codes for the character, or simply writing a story I might let you resale them. If you do stuff like add a 3 minute sketch, or write a very simple bio for the character then come to me asking to resale it I can guarantee it will be a no and it will stay a no. Reselling a freebie without an okay from me will get you blacklisted.
• Trading (just some info)
  • I dont really care much about how you work trades, just no scamming, trading a regift only character, or giving it to people on my blacklist or greylist. It would be really nice if you pinged me whenever you put one of my designs uft, I might have something to offer!
• Regifting (just some info)
  • I also dont really care much about how you work regifts, just no giving them to black/greylist peeps. You can hold raffles, have people sub to you, have people fave your character, as long as what youre doing doesn't go against my tos and the site's tos.
• Reselling (just some info)
  • I kinda dont care how you handle resells, obviously no reselling to black/greylist people. I dont care if you sell them for da points, euros, AUD, USD, ect, as long as you aren't overpricing them or scamming.

• Unused/immediately traded freebie (PLEAAASE READ)
  • I've noticed a lot of my freebies ending up unused and collecting dust, and its truly making me sad since I consider these critters my children /hj. I understand that sometimes you need to figure out a name or story for your new character, hell I STILL have characters without names. Though there are still other ways you can use them, I've seen designs by me that haven't even been touched or have been put uft not even 3 days after receiving them. So I'm checking ALL and making the unused ones regift only. To be able to trade the character again all you have to do is name them and add/get a colored fullbody drawing, it doesn't have to be a fancy it can be a colored sketch or a simple doodle. If you dont agree with this change either give the character away or give them back to me, I know quite a few people who would gladly take them.
• Unused/immediately traded freebie (part 2)
  • This is mainly a slight extension of the stuff about but freebies obtained from me will now have a cool down. Depending on the freebie it can have a 3 day to 2 week cooldown, during this cooldown the character can only be regifted. After the cooldown I will change the tradability (If its been more than 2 week send me a little message, I might've forgotten). People on my whitelist are immune to the cooldown
• DO NOT immediately trade a freebie or get a freebie just to trade it. You will be blacklisted
• If you are treating a freebie well I will occasionally send art! This art can be added to the character's value

EVERYTHING ABOVE THIS EFFECT ALL OF MY DESIGNS, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PLEASE GIVE THE CHARACTER BACK OR GIVE THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. ANYONE WITH MY DESIGNS WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN THIS UPDATES.

Every rule below here only effects designs uploaded after the rule was placed.
