Overview
Born as a selkie, Dawn had grown up around Lake Mead with her parents and other family to help raise her and the other selkie children. Tragedy struck into her pre-teen years, however, and Dawn lost her status as a selkie and the family she knew. After continuing to cause trouble for the Alexandria area during her teen years, she ended up leaving the town - only coming back to start up a coffee business and try to get back the family she lost.
