Vera/Sariel

STORY

Vera is the co-head of the Surveillance Team. She's laid back, careless and sees herself as equals to her employees. She's not keen on working too hard, since her coworker does most of it. In her free time she will just converse with employees and be very transparent that their relationships mean nothing when they are very likely to die. She shuns Azriel for sacrificing himself so often and becomes a bit more serious once he becomes more aggressive. She despises X, doesnt even respect him and calls him by his name unlike the other Sephirot. Vera goes from a careless moron to a more attentive moron. She begins to listen to Angela and tries persuading Azriel to stop getting himself destroyed, but her efforts have no effect in the end. She gives in to her hopeless situation and decides its best to just watch the facility fall apart than do anything to delay its demise. Her Sephirah Meltdown includes her attempt to destroy the department and letting the abnormalities free, speeding up the process of LC's downfall. Sariel, Vera's past self was a proficient scientist at LC. She took her job very seriously and tried her hardest to prevent deaths from occuring. Shortly after Carmen's death she felt she was THE responsible one to keep morale high. Once the Head raided, she took down several low-level abnormalities and saved some people in the process. Unfortunately this meant nothing, but only made their suffering longer until they all died. Her remains were used to make Vera. Vera accepts after her meltdown that her efforts may have meant nothing, but what matters is that you perservere. She secretely admired Azriel's strenght, and chooses to care more now and work WITH him rather than be a coward.
