Hely is an earth Elf who has been taught himself to be greedy since he was little, thats why he is good persuading people and a very good liar. His family were poor almost all their lives, but they never encouraged Hely to steal or do bad things in general. His childhood was quite good, because he got good friends and a lovely family.

Clowns They love their funny and carefree lifestyle (he doesn't know that most of the circus employers are poor lol).
Gold "Shiny and expensive, just like me".
Collect weird or particular things (Like seashells, bells, teeth, ...). They think that all their collections could be sold for a very expensive price, but in the bottom, they love to collect it for fun and doesn't want to sell it.

Steal He is a honest mercenary (and doesn't want to disappoint more his family).
Rural work He doesn't like to sweat and touch the dirt.
Kill The worst part of his job, but all for the money, right?
Boredom They doesn't enjoy to stand in one place doing nothing or sleeping, even when he is a little bit lazy, he wants to eat, fight or do something more interesting.

Work in teams Doesn't like to work with other mercenaries because he think that most of them are very impulsive and rude.

Affiliations
Ander's Mercenaries has been his faction since he was fifteen, and the tabern "stor krukke" his way to get easily contracts.
It was a hard way to get their aceptance because elfs has always been seen like a weak race. So, after a difficult test, he was accepted by Ander to join (also because he always wanted to have a son like him). This old man is like a second dad for him, and a great mentor who has taught him all that he knows about weapons.
