general
1.) i reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason and refund a commission at any point in time during the commission process.
2.) refunds aren't available past lining phase
3.) if a refund is requested and approved, i reserve the rights to recycle the concept into a YCH
4.) you may request any edits in the sketching and lining phase, but after that i only offer small corrections
5.) any art may be added to my portfolio as an example. please mention if you'd like otherwise.
payment
1.) all payments must be sent through paypal invoice
2.) payment is required upfront
adoptables
1.) only offer what you can pay when accepted unless a payment plan is discussed
2.) you may edit the design
3.) resell for original price only unless extra art is added
4.) you may use the design in any way you want (merchandise etc...) but not the original art
