Millie

Millie is a very young, but powerful birdfolk who became lost on the way to visit her grandmother who lived deep in the Thicket. She remained in the forest after having a bad encounter with an Eskk, who directly caused her grandmother to go missing. She became worried that the creature would follow her to the village and cause more havoc, so she diverted it even further into the woods in a daring escape. This is where she remained after roaming too far from the path home. Instead of becoming discouraged, she settled on continuing a journey through the thicket to gain as much knowledge about magic as she can before finding a way to return to her loved ones. 

Though she can't retain them for long, she has already mastered the forms of a monkey and parrot. Her high level of skill causes people to mistake her for being a lot older than she is, and when they find out they causion her. They know her level of strength could easily so longer contain itself and corrupt her. She never takes these warnings to heart, though.
