Frost

Frost was born to a Vaporeon who had a fling with what she thought was a strapping young shiny Volteon, and it was only after Frost arrived did she discover that things aren't always what they seem. Once Frost, named after the piebald like pattern of silver fur, was old enough to use her ability her mother would often asked Frost to disguise herself as a full normal eevee, to protect her own image. Frost did so, not questioning... Infact she loved changing her appearance, and would often use it to her own advantage to get ahead in life. She was forced to live on her own at a rather young age after her mother was caught by a trainer, and so she roams and travels using her illusions without a thought on how it affects others, not out of mal intent, just doesn't know better.

She often takes the form of an eevee, being seen wearing all sorts of trinkets that tend to be blue and starry themed or a almost unnaturally pale gal with very dark brown hair and blue highlights wearing ripped jeans and a dark leather jacket.

Travels a ton, never really sticking around in one place for too long. She values her personal freedom and is afraid of attachments, but is undeniably lonely.
