Scott has always lived in South Park with his father and mother. He likes to live in SP because he likes the cold and it's a calm city, so to speak. Scott has new adventures every day with his friends and his boyfriend. He is extremely introverted, shy and insecure about his choices, but even so, he doesn't stop having fun. He is also an extremely kind and adorable boy for everyone, who likes to help everyone, except Cartman, but helps him anyway.
