Brave

 Species: Cherry Shrimp, Neocaridina davidi

 Size: 1.5 in, 3.8 cm

In her story, Brave falls from her mother's legs as an egg and hatches alone. From there, she goes on a journey upstream to find the other shrimp, who have left in the face of poor water quality and are apparently in search of a shrimp paradise with clear water and few predators.
