A humble, high ranking servant to the Crown Prince. He's essentially the right hand man, the bodyguard, but that position hasn't gone to his head. Jonan is quite reserved and rather soft, definitely unexpected of the one to personally protect royalty. He's also known to be quite the charmer. His smiles, natural charming aura and way with words typically wins over most people with little effort on his part. Especially with ladies; and he can lay it on quite thick. He's aware of his charm, and will sometimes flirt rather boldly with the women of the castle. This is usually a backfire though, as he's instantly embarrassed by the things he says- the cheese is too thick, even for himself.
He's also a people pleaser, wanting to do nothing less than what makes others happy. Saying "no" is difficult for him, even when he knows he's being bullied or picked on. You can argue it's a mix of both being too timid to say "no" as well as wanting to prove to be the bigger person and possibly also accomplish the impossible tasks or quests given to him. An underhanded way of getting back at his few tormentors. Jonan loves being social, and gets lonely easily without others nearby.
bio;
Jonan's life is filled with secrecy before he's even born. His mother, a lowly maid of the Xilenn, had a quiet affair with the king. Becoming pregnant, and not wanting controversy and drama to float around, the King and father of Azaiah, Ryuu and Riah, basically gave the maid riches in exchange for moving to the kingdom of Ristelle and keeping silent on Jonan's royal lineage. Jonan is born thinking he's nothing more than a wealthy noble.
Jonan then carves his own path, not knowing the truth about his father. He decides he wishes to join the royal castle, and through much dedicated training and with the help of his wealth to boost him through, was spotted by the Crown Prince. His swordplay was already impressive, but with refinery, he'd be a bodyguard fit to serve the Crown Prince, Leonard. And he's quite happy in this role.
This has brought him new drama however, as he discovers there's a secret princess in the castle- Estelle, who has no blood relations with the other royal siblings. The locked up girl is obviously lonely, and he often reaches out to her, in hopes to befriend her, thus juggling his social life and work life all at once.

- He's an incredibly skilled swordsman, if he's drawn with a weapon, it'd definitely be a sword.
- He also discovers he has a knack for archery- a skill that runs strong through the royal family he doesn't know he comes from. He can also be drawn with a bow and arrow, as he slowly discovers this new skill through the story.
- He's a lady killer and charmer, and will happily bring a girl flowers and gifts. A huge flirt, who can come off a bit strong, admittedly.

- Estelle: The secret princess of Ristelle. Once he becomes Leonard's esteemed bodyguard, he soon learns of her existence, and slowly befriends the lonely girl. He's clearly a fresh breath of air, and seems to respond well to his charming, social ways. The girl is a natural beauty which captivates him instantly; but her soft, sweet personality with a reserved and even melancholy streak makes him want to reach out all the more. As he gets closer, he slowly feels himself falling for the girl. He knows it's for naught, as Estelle is already set up for an arranged marriage with Leonard, so he enjoys the time they have together. As they slowly move closer and closer, the romance levels slowly rise until he brings he gifts and the two allow their feelings to be known. Eventually, they'll become romantically involved and a couple.
