Harusuke is a troubled high schooler. He's failed out of school and seems to be projected to keep failing out of school. Until one day in a public school, he meets a kid named Toshiko. Then it all fell down.
Turns out, sex, drugs, n rock n roll was a lifestyle he was missing out on, and one that needed to be maintained. Eventually, Toshiko and Harusuke form a small operation where they run scams, schemes, and crimes.
Will they get in over their heads...? Or will they ride out their days on a wild adventure...?
