Design Terms of Use
reselling: - only resell my designs with permission from me first, and tell me who you are selling them to — this is to avoid blacklisted users getting designs of mine off other users.
- do not resell a design immediately after you got it, it gives me the idea you’re just trying to make money off of other people, at least wait a few weeks 😰
- don’t make my designs into “freebies” that you’re trying to desperately get rid of, resell for the original price, or do a character trade. - removed due to me allowing cashapp, updated rule is:
- if you bought the character with cashapp, you can resell with money if wanted, otherwise you cannot unless you talk with me first.
- If the design is on toyhouse, please don’t delete it off toyhouse. I don’t mind the design being private or authorized only, I don’t want my designs to be sold off toyhouse.
- If the character has additional artwork, then you may sell the character for $$$, as the worth of the design went up. Redesigning:
- Since my designs will remain mostly humanoid, I don’t want the skin color of the characters to be changed, at all. If you buy a design from me that is black, keep them black, don’t change their skin color. I try to be somewhat diverse with my designs and changing the skin color of an adopt just rubs me the wrong way.
- You may change the characters outfit, but make sure the character is still somewhat recognizable compared to their original reference,
- hairstyles can vary, especially if a hairstyle has a cultural significance to the design, but I will specify in the adopt post how important that aspect is, but for the most part, you can change the character’s hairstyle if wanted.
- You also may change the color palette but not the entire look of the character, like why buy it only to redesign it into a whole different person?? Other information I couldn’t make into an entire section:
- do not do anything illegal or immoral with my designs, such as proshipping. Literally anything related to that will lead to a blacklist and a report.
