❄️Silent Snowstorm

  DESCRIPTION   

Silently Shifting Snowflakes lies to the very north of Rain World, relatively close to Fantasy's Pink Sights in fact. Her Can was one of the last ones built, and therefore it was built smaller, more compactly, and more corners were cut on its building. Her Can resides on the side of a tall mountain overlooking FPS's Can and region. Due to its placement, it is sheltered from the dramatic winds that plague FPS's region. Creatures could either risk climbing up to her on the outside, where one fall would be fatal, or climb up through a system of crude tunnels from the now near-extinct Mole Leviathans that once raged beneath her Can. The rain that falls from Snowstorm's Can instantly turns to snow, which blocks all tunnels from the top and quickly fills them in from the top down.

The fauna around SSS's Can is dichotomous in nature: if you were to scale the exterior of the mountain, many different variants of Vulture and Squidcada fly. Her Can's top is a breeding ground for Vultures, and is inhabited by some species never before seen in other regions. There are also some strong-legged creatures in the exterior, such as Hopwigs, a Dropwig variant. Meanwhile, within the caverns inside the mountain lies a completely different ecosystem. Batflies, Lizards and many other subterranean creatures make their homes in their. One of the most notorious are the Metal Eaters, specialized creatures created by SSS to kill off the last Mole Leviathans before they destroyed her mountain. They now sit hungrily in droves, waiting for anyone to wander in with a metal object for them to consume.

SSS's regions are much smaller than most Iterators: the interior of the mountain, the exterior of the mountain, and her Can itself. The exterior of the mountain is termed the Slippery Slope, connecting SSS to FPS. Meanwhile, the interior is known as Leviathan Labyrinth, as all of the caves were created by said Mole Leviathans. The exterior of her Can is known as the Aerie, as many flying creatures make their homes there.

  PERSONALITY   

Snowstorm is a snippy, argumentative but overall happy Iterator. The kind of Iterator who uses her intelligence and strategy not for any Great Task, but instead to sow discord in other Local Group's chatrooms. She mostly does it out of boredom and curiosity instead of a bad heart, however. She loves helping out other Iterators and fauna around her Can with any menial or major problems they may have.

Snowstorm is a highly jealous Iterator, however; if she perceives that someone better, stronger, really anything 'more' than she is, she can become closed-off, cold or even aggressive towards others. This usually ends in her bottling up her emotions until she would spike at others in a grand show of frustration, followed by a hasty apology and distancing. She dislikes this about herself, but so far she is unable to undo this core programming of hers. She is also quite a sore loser (unless she was never trying to win in the first play, just show discord), and refuses all help. Independent, adamant, but very willing to help.

Other than that, Snowstorm never backs down from a challenge, always trying her best even for a silly reason!

  HISTORY   

SSS's Can was never inhabited by Ancient-- not for very long, at least. Her's was made as a stopover point for flying machines going from FPS's Can to (SPOILERS)'s Can. She resented being just a stopping point, but could really do nothing about it at the time. The top of her Can is mostly flat for runways, and absolutely covered in many different variations of Vultures and Squidcadas.

SSS herself whiles away most of her time programming, causing discourse in private chats that she definitely was not invited to and yet she has invited herself, and a hint of bioengineering on the side. Her DMs are generally closed to everyone-- except for FPS, who she pities after hearing about the close Iterator's maiming. They used to be bitter enemies, trading blows with one another through DMs about each other's lack of pizazz and smarts and the like. This came to a sudden halt when FPS stopped responding, which SSS took as a surrender until one of her Overseers recorded rising smoke from the direction of the Princess of Pink's Can.

Several Cycles later, when FPS finally responded to her neighbor's frantic DMs, she stated she had no idea what had happened: just that her Can was compromised but not destroyed, and that her puppet had been severely maimed. SSS said she had no idea what had happened either, but was curious enough to poke around to see if she could find anything out. Currently, neither Iterator has figured out the culprit.

SSS is hardly interested in the Great Task, stating that it is a tired concept that she finds laughable. She also thinks that the desire to destroy oneself is even more idiotic, and that life should be lived to its fullest instead of desiring constantly to die! That was one thing she and FPS always agreed about, causing them at first to grow close until the arguing began

SSS is in a local group with several other Iterators, the main ones being SPAM, who she lowkey hates but has not been told off yet, and Fantasy's Pink Sights. She is known as the troublemaker of the group who you come to when you have a moral quandary to ponder about, or if you need something coded or bioengineered while you're busy. She REALLY likes helping.
