Social, active, loud, kind of a jerk

Chloe has a lot of aspirations, most of which are spur of the moment and very unrealistic. She has a lot of connections and places to go.. apparently, and creates friendships as fast as she burns bridges. Sharing an apartment with her best friend Spencer,  more often than not she’s absent for days at a time and comes back with large sums of money. She claims to make it through stocks and dog walking for old rich people on the side.
