Backstory: This young stallion has a talent for ribbon dancing. He's a bit famous and has grown a small fanbase that absolutely loves his dances, though he's not very grateful for it. Even so, his fans still fawn over his cold personality and snarky remarks. He resides in Canterlot with his manager, which is also where the ribbon dancing competitions he takes part in are. Even though he seems very cold and rude, he has a soft spot for the ponies that got him to where he is in Canterlot today, but of course he would never show that soft side to his fans. He tends to fluster easily when ponies say things he doesn't expect from them, and gets embarrassed when ponies crack open that hard shell of his.
