quincy is a the deacon from the [insert name] church. he's more laid back and approachable than his coworkers and often is spoiled by his coworkers.

the church saved him as a child, allowing him to gain a new life. quincy wants an equal opportunity for the poor and does his best to guide unfortunate people in the right way.
