CHOCOLETEGG'S TERMS OF SERVICE
Owning my Designs
- You may not use it for anything innappropriate. This includes NSFW/fetishes, racism, pedophilia, beastiality, homophobia, etc, you WILL be blacklisted without warning. This does NOT include gore, HOWEVER, all I ask of you is to but the proper warnings when rehoming/trading them to others, just in case!
- Please ask me first before using the design for commercial use. It's also preferred if you ask the other artists who have drawn the character before as well!
- Do not claim my designs as your own, even if you've redesigned it.
- Don't remove my rules from the design and replace them with your own.
Edits and Redesigns
- You can redesign and edit my designs however you like to fit your style more! I'd like to see what ya come up with! :0
- Do NOT edit the art itself, however! (ex. instead of redrawing you just add stuff onto it and change it like that).
Commissioned Work
- Do not use commissioned artwork commercially without asking permission to do so!
- Don't use my commissioned work as an NFT or something
- Don't trace/copy my commissioned work.
- Payment is usually after the sketch, just in case I may not be able to start it at the given time! I also don't normally do refunds unless it's under certain circumstances, so don't be afraid to ask beforehand if needed!
Blacklisting/Revoking
- Hopefully this is something I won't ever have to do, but I won't revoke designs unless you havent paid for it/pretty much just stole it, or turn out to be a terrible person with a history of scamming, stealing/theft, are a zoo/pedo/etc.
- I can and will blacklist whoever I please whenever it comes to violating my TOS, and I will not be giving out a warning. Please do not bring alts or friends after me if you have been blacklisted.
- If you are a mutual or already know about my terms, don't worry about being blacklisted anytime soon!
FREE designs may not be sold unless commissioned art has been added.
Designs obtained via TRADES may not be resold and can only be traded unless art of value has been added to said design.
Designs obtained via SALES may not be sold for more than their base value + commissioned art value.
