Parcell is your local caffeine-addicted mailman. Whenever he's had his one of several cups of coffee for the day, he becomes very energetic, a little naive, and dependable, but when he's on a caffeine crash/hasn't had any in a while- he becomes very gloomy, exhausted, and a little irritated. Regardless of how he's feeling, Parcell is really passionate about his job no matter what mood he's in, he will deliver your mail to you.

 (He also has a secret fear of dogs, although most of Primp Town already knows about this unsurprisingly)
