hell yea spooky avatarsona time

• draws out abstract and incomprehensible art
• draws (literally and figuratively) out "who" the subject is and all of the secrets they hold in each piece
• not limited to people, can e whatever he paints/ draws
• the more abstract looking the piece, the deeper the information would be
• more realistic sktches of people would only have basic information about them, while abstract shapes can delve into the subject's dreams and fears
• upon seeing pieces of the subjects, others would be able to gain all information about the suject, even "new" information can still be gathered about them
• usually against their will to learn the information, gives people nausua from the amount of new information rapidly gained
• probably an avatar of the spiral or eye (mostly the eye, "The Curator")
• marked by the lonely and the vast
• similar to the lietner books, artworks when seen and looked at can cause paranormal occurances
• probably seeking these other artworks
• probably gains the ability to create said artworks as he's the avatar of the eye and being makd by all the other entities
• painting of an eye, appears black at first glance, however the painting upon closer expection having different pigments on top of them giving the illusion of black being used
• etailed anatomy sketches invoking the entity of flesh
• painting of the sky, upon closer inspection, gives the viewer vertigo
• strange astract painting of muted and sickly hues of green, yellow, and bits of red with no clear "subject", distinct rotting smell around it
• flesh painting, what's on the tin, unknown if the "painting" is a painting or literally flesh, somtimes pulses, gives viewers pangs of extreme hunger
• various paintings of skies or doors/ hallways, paintings causing a person to literally disappear in a painting
• painting of a vague crowd, a person is able to step inside the painting, adding yet another face in the vague crowd
• not limited to artistic pieces, but it's just anything that's like. a picture essentially (ie. maps, diagrams, etc.)
• apex knows of riot being an avatar of the slaughter/ hunt, uses him to protect him as apex gathers info
• apex knows of king being an avatar of ... the end or maybe the vast? probably just marked by it

• the curator's abilities(?)

• similar powers to the archivist, but more focused on the artefacts department
• has the eye's protection against the cursed artefacts/ artworks, not unstoppable, but it's enough for him to look at the paintings and not be affcted by them
• instead of asking and giving statements from people, the curator is able to "draw" people's fears, secrets, dreams, evrything about them
• piece must be "complete" in order to be effective
• victims of the curator will have an immense feeling of being watched, all from the different manifestations of the eye. it is most amplified wheil the artwork is being completed, but lessens when it is completed (it's still there, the far is still there)
• similar to the archivist, vicitms will have the same repeating nightmare relating to whatever specific information was extracted, and having someone or something constantly watch them
• apex's abilities were granted from a mentor, an art teacher basically lol
• maybe typically draws out fears? realized he can make spooky haunted artefacts himself
• willing to work w/ the magnus institute, but mostly if it gives him some sort of benefit (chaotic neutral lol)
• mostly wants to collect artefacts to keep the powers himself
