While the Lupus are known for their pride and discipline, the Vulpes have a reputation of being keen and devious. These two races hardly ever get along, even under pressuring ciscumstances. Though, Laertes holds a weird case as a Lupus infant who was adopted into a Vulpes family. Laertes knew the divide between the two races, of course, and used his Lupus appearance to trick people into giving him their trust- only to trick everyone in the end using his family's old cunning techniques. something something
