RULES TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) If you have purchased a design created by me, you automatically agree to these rules.

* General rules that apply to designs without closed species You are allowed to resell at the same price (except if obtained in a pre-claim event, in which case, you must sell it at a 30% discount) * If it has additional art, you can include the value of commissions (only commissions, not personal art). * For reselling or trading, you can post it in the Discord channel, and once sold/traded, you MUST remove the comment. (This keeps the channel clean and makes it easier to access designs.) * If you have Toyhou.se, please give me design credits; my TH is Teliwis. * You can make any changes you want, as long as the design remains recognizable. * If you want to create an alternate design, you can do so, but remember to give credits to the original design. * If you requested the character and I don't receive payment within 43 hours, the adoptable will be available for sale again, but you will be added to the blacklist to avoid conflicts and only accept serious buyers. * No holds for more than 2 weeks. * No refunds. * Do NOT steal/trace/copy, etc. * Once you pay, I will send you the file with full resolution as soon as I can. * You can trade and/or gift it.

Rules for closed species and their sub-species Lanies/Plunies, CloudyStars, and SpectraLumen Same general rules + the following additions

* They are closed species, so you CANNOT create one without a MYO ticket. * Always credit the species if you are going to post art or if you are going to commission someone; ask the artist to do it. * If you want to remove the species' traits, you have the right to do so; just let me know to remove you from the masterlist. * However, consider that you MUST REMOVE ALL species traits. * You can make small changes, add new outfits, or change hair/eye/skin color as long as the design remains recognizable, BUT DO NOT edit the species' traits. * You can trade and/or gift it, but let me know beforehand to update the owner on the masterlist. * You can request a trait change, but you must pay for the corresponding ticket. * You cannot create NSFW content (only if the character is of legal age can it have provocative art, NO nudity, NO explicit content).

* If someone gives AB2 after an AB, win the AB2 (A 4-hour wait will be observed after the AB). * Please bid on chain; this is to maintain order. Be serious, please. * If you buy in AB and it comes with extras, the extras will be delivered as soon as possible, no specific date. (Please avoid rushing me. I complete tasks as soon as possible, keep in mind that I am a single person in charge of the additional drawings.) * If you make a mistake in your bid, do not edit it; simply place a new bid. For example, if you wrote 'sb' instead of 'ab' or need to correct the character, reply to your original message with 'please, ignore it.' * Editing does not disqualify you but nullifies the bid. * Bids are binding and cannot be retracted. * Editing is only allowed in case of typographical errors. * Retracting or not fulfilling the auction will result in instant expulsion and addition to the blacklist. * Please, be serious when bidding to maintain a fair and respectful environment.
