--Design/Trade TOS--

•Don't immediately change the design so much that they are unrecognizable! You can change it however you want, but please be cautious!

•Make sure to credit me for any designs that I originally created, but feel free to use the ocs you receive from me in anything! Stories, artworks, whatever else!

•Don’t sell my design for more than you got it for. The exception is if you have added additional works to their gallery, of course!

•Do not turn my designs into a species series! It makes me a bit uncomfortable to see my designs, which sometimes have similar parts (such as glass bodies, tusks, three eyes, etc), be categorized in that way!

•I can't stop you, but I would prefer if my designs are not used for NSFW if that can be helped. I'm lenient, so you can make NSFW pieces of them, they're yours after they're off my account after all, but using them for STRICTLY ONLY NSFW will result in being added to my DNI list for the reason that NSFW makes me uncomfy and I tend to check in on how my designs are being treated <\3! Basically, NSFW is fine but if avoidable that would simply make me really happy and that's about it, I'm not going to witch hunt you. I will not block or DNI-list you unless it's kidcore, resembles a child in some way, is a feral design that isn't turned anthro first, or is a minor.

•IF YOU ARE GOING TO DELETE THE DESIGN YOU RECIEVED, PLEASE JUST SEND IT BACK TO ME INSTEAD OF DOING SO! It makes me sad to see my designs being deleted :( 

--Personal TOS--

•If the drawing comes with a signature on the side, don't remove it! That's the artist's credit!

•Inform me if you wish to cancel a trade. I do not want to be sitting with a drawing of an oc with nothing in return. If I finish my half, but you cancel, I am going to have to request *something* in return, whether that be one of your designs on sale of equal complexity or otherwise! We'll figure it out together, just PLEASE inform me!! Keep in contact during this process!

•Do not copy my designs.

•Do not make NSFW of my OCs. If you receive a design from me, do whatever you want with it while keeping in mind the last rule of my design/trade ToS section. It's not mine at that point.
