MRLN_ DESIGN TOS

- please do NOT sell the design for more than its worth UNLESS the value of art from YOU or commissions is added to the worth. (uncoloured sketches coming from you do not count!)

- do NOT use the design for anything offensively hateful. (such as racism, lgbtqphobia, misogyny, xenophobia, etc.)

- please do NOT set the privacy of any of my designs to "Only Me". however, you ARE free to set them on "Visible to Authorized Users", ONLY IF you authorize me.

- DO NOT delete the profile of ANY of my designs.

- if you have obtained my designs through gifting/trading or any means with no monetary value, you may NOT sell the design. this also applies if the design in question was originally obtained via being sold and was subsequently given to you via [any means with not monetary value].

HOWEVER, there is an exception; if the design in question was originally obtained through being sold, and was given to you through means with no monetary value, you CAN sell the design ***FOR EMERGENCY PURPOSES ONLY***, please do contact me beforehand though.

- to note: the character is yours. you are free to do whatever the hell you want with it, just as long as it adheres to the 2nd rule listed. suggestive and/or NSFW art can be created with the character, ONLY IF you are of age and that the design DOES NOT resemble/is a child.

- any of my designs can be turned into a closed species if the species in question allows it! though, if my designs are originally from a closed species and you wish to void them, please do contact me beforehand.

- a design of mine CAN be redesigned just as long as you keep the original design in a tab, as well as include elements of the original design in the redesign. but please ASK before you redesign a character i have created.
