Species: Nightwing / Rainwing Hybrid 

Kinda broody and has a short temper. Can and will throw hands at a moments notice especially if he hears a single whisper of Rainwing slander.

Only his silver scales change colors. They can be changed to blend in with his surroundings but since his other scales don't change colors they pretty much just act as an indicator of his mood. He can spit venom just like a regular Rainwing can.

His mother was a Nightwing and his father was a Rainwing. They both died when he was very young and he was largley raised by his older sister as much as an older sister whose just a few years older than her baby brother can. Starfish parents also made it a point to look out for him and his sister when they could.

His best friend is Starfish but he'd never admit that out loud.

He knows a bit of aquatic thanks to Starfish. He and Starfish have developed somewhat of a secret language involving communicating with Starfish using aquatic and Havoc changing the colors of his silver scales and gesturing. Havoc doesn't generally see the point since Starfish could just read his mind but it makes Starfish happy to be able to use aquatic with someone other than his father so he tries not to complain too much.
