Cirruleon is an elusive, often unseen Pokémon, which roams the skies and highest treetops of the world. It is one of the fastest flying Pokémon, being able to both glide and dash through the skies at will. Their paws and bodies are partially made out of clouds, which allows them to stand and walk on top of clouds as if they were solid ground. As such, they roost on top of them, only coming down to hunt or find a mate.
