A cookie of dubious/unknown origin that aimlessly wanders the world, keeping very little on him and nigh-constantly moving. Made of magic, animated glass, and an unknown liquid, this cookie is deceptively resilient. It often has cracks in its glass that heal seamlessly like any other cookie's dough, and tends to take getting hurt in stride. Though not traditionally evil by any means, it can often cause trouble or relish in it for entertainment. It is mischievous, curious, and feral at times. It's attention is easily drawn to loud, exciting noises, and tends to follow wherever adventure goes-- or wherever there is abundant food. Despite its annoying and immature traits, it also has a knack for theatrics- particularly musical-theatre style singing
Despite his shape, He's actually a magiphage and not a "true" cookie, though it's unclear how he came to be. Magiphages are sentient creatures typically made of a handful of non-sentient materials in a variety of ways (some entirely natural). As a universal balance, they eat the magic found in both living and non-living "vessels" and can digest most anything. Though most magiphages are non-sapient and beast-like, Galaxy Cocktail Cookie is a bizarre exception.
To play into the assumptions, he will sometimes deceive cookies by pretending to be non-sapient and critter-like, staying quiet and using body language to communicate until the time is amusing enough for him to speak. This is how a lot of cookies get bit by him. Because of his nature, he goes by the pronouns he/him, but also occasionally it/its. Some magic-users or general enthusiasts of magic consider him and his kind as pests akin to raccoons at best and locusts at worst. He is either a dangerous cookie by nature, an endearing one, or an annoying one...depending on who you ask.

- By default, Galaxy Cocktail is not drawn with a mouth. While closed, it's seamless, making it look nonexistent. When drawn with his mouth open, he has sharp white teeth, and the inside of his mouth and tongue are pitch black.
- Galaxy Cocktail's bangs typically cover his right eyes. Though, his hair often "fluffs up" or flows when using magic, revealing them again.
- Similarly, his eyes do not contain the curtain-esque pupils unless using magic. Normally, they appear the same as most cookie's eyes. The "curtain" shape is achieved by widening the ends of a cat's eye shape.
- His mouth can be shown when purposefully grinning, or while eating. Otherwise, the bulk of his expression is shown in whatever eyes are visible.
- Galaxy Cocktail's voice is on the higher end of a masculine pitch, and highly emotive. scratches, squeaks, and growls evident in singing are fitting. The singer above is a decent fit, but I mostly imagine him with Will Roland's voice (Jeremy Heere from Be More Chill and Jared from Dear Evan Hansen). Caleb Hyles' higher range covers are also fitting.
- When given a non-cookie name, Galaxy Cocktail's name is "Comforting Void of Elysium Endless and Silent", or "Sylen" for short. it follows a partial gag concept of magiphages having long, inconvenient poetic sentences for names.

Galaxy Cocktail Cookie is a Super Epic Cookie. In Cookierun: Kingdoms mechanics, he is of the Magic type and his position is prioritized to the Rear. He primarily does magic damage, but excells at levelling playing fields for the party.
It is a magiphage-- a sentient being made of typically non-sentient material designed to bring balance to the universe's magic ratio via consumption and digestion. As all things on earthbread contain some amount of magic within them, it typically eats things both alive and inanimate at seemingly random. Compared to your typical animal-like magiphage, it is unmistakably sapient and of the cookienoid (mimicking the shape of a cookie) variety. It is extroverted and friendly, but also chaotic and impulsive.
Galaxy Cocktail cookie briefly switches to the front and eats items carried by enemies, removing their buffs. Sometimes, it will eat items currently casting spells- giving it a 50% chance of removing party debuffs. Enemies cannot reapply buffs until the end of the battle, but can still use skills to do typical damage.
