Charlotte

Charlotte is Dawn's best friend and classmate who loves the appearance of the sky as much as she does. She is a bunny girl that loves to see the pretty pastel colors the sky and clouds turn during different times of day and admires the moon. Charlotte loves cotton candy since it feels like edible clouds that are always pretty colors and she loves how it tastes.

Charlotte has an interest in bubbles and crystals for their pastel tinted reflective properties.

Charlotte has white hair that goes into a pale periwinkle color with a few strands of a darker periwinkle-violet. Her hair is rather reflective and often the primary tint of her hair and highlights changes with her surroundings. Her eyes are primarily the same periwinkle-violet color as her hair streaks with a pastel pink accent. Charlie usually wears cutesy dresses and things with a lot of frilly layers, typically in the colors pink, periwinkle, white, and violet. She looks more coordinated and cutesy than dawn's more sloppy casual clothing style.
