Design TOS
If you own any of my designs designed by me / Roccton (older designs also apply) you automatically agree and must follow to these terms:
- All sales and transactions are final and non-refundable.
- You CAN trade, gift and resell, but don't sell for more than you have originally paid for unless it comes with additional art. The price range must be reasonable.
- do not under any circumstance delete/reupload the design, as it loses all history of ownership. Privating is fine, but is appreciated to set permissions for me to see, or have the design publicized. If you plan on closing your account, please transfer the design beforehand.
- If you have obtained the design via trade (character/gift/art), you cannot resell it unless you have paid/created additional art of the design.
- Do not purchase my designs with the intentions to resell / make profit. I understand people eventually lose attachment, but purposefully purchasing my designs just to sell them off isn't allowed.
- Don't use any of my designs for blockchain / NFTS or incorporate offensive attributes / nsfw. This includes lgbtq phobia, hate speech, etc.
- Don't edit over my art, unless given consent. Redesigns are fine and don't need to be informed as long as the design is recognizable.
Failure to comply to these terms will result in a verbal warning. Continual ignorance will result in being blocked, blacklisted from obtaining any designs from me or/and the design revoked. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or trade for any designs made by me. thank yewww have a nice day
