Lila, full name "Liliana', as in Latin for 'lilium' or 'lilion', translating to 'lily' in English and often attributed to the meaning of "innocent" and "pure". It is presumed that the name was given as of the local flora and yearly wildflower bloom within her origin region. No last name is currently known. Lila is known to have been born to the region of present-day Mojave Desert, a desert located on the border of California and Arizona. Population density in the area is at an unrecognizable minimum, and her parents are not known nor recorded in any public or private database that is accessible to the California Republic. It is documented that Lila has been observed in two separate forms, noted as 'pre-incident' and 'post incident'.

Pre-incident Lila is denoted as a typical feline individual, wide build, no abnormal features. She possessed a simple pink-white pattern for her torso and arms, a simple two-toned tail, and had two face stripes, that ran from her eyes to her chin, symmetrically. Most of these features are still the same in current day, including her swirl of hair on the top of her head.

Post-incident Lila is denoted as a typical feline individual, wild build, possessing visible flora that is located across various regions of her body. all flora is naturally dark blue, with the edges of it crimson, similar to the way that Rosaceae (rose) suckers turn the edges of the grafted plant a crimson red. In addition, she is fluffier, and sports two horns, same crimson color but with one of them clearly broken, either improperly grown or damaged. She also has a visible asymmetrical pattern on her back, looking similar to a crescent moon, with a dot in the middle and a triangle beneath. Her tail also sports the same flora that is present around her upper-hair, in addition to the very end of it possessing gelatinous properties, similar to sap.
