About

More than anything else, Hinata is a calm and gentle ray of sunshine. He can find the positive in almost any situation, and has a seemingly infinite well of patience. In anything he does, he is easy-going, supportive, and genuine, and that makes him rather well-liked.

That said, he can still be a little shy around those he respects. He knows he's not really what most people expect -- in more ways than one -- so it's hard not to be at least a little apprehensive. However, as soon as the ice is broken, he warms up and settles in very quickly.

Although always reliable when he's taken on a responsibility, his easy-going nature can slide into laziness and indolence. He's spent many a lazy Sunday in bed all day, but overall, he doesn't indulge too much.

To him, being intersex is a large part of his personal identity. For the most part, he tends towards male pronouns and is male-identified, but it's a bit fuzzy at the edges. He likes being a little of both, walking that line and ending up in his own place. So, for him, "bxy" seems the most appropriate way to describe himself -- mostly a boy, but also separate.

That all said, he actually doesn't mind what anyone calls him or the pronouns they use, as long as they're not trying to be a jerk. And yes, he can tell the difference between being stepped on and tripped over.

Appearance

Perhaps the best word to describe Hinata is "soft"-- from his combination of rabbit's fur and ruffs of sheep's wool to his curvy, chubby stature.

Before puberty, it hadn't been completely apparent that he was intersex; after, however, it was undeniable. Ever since he has been pear-shaped, and has noticeable breasts (about a C-cup). It never bothered him, though. If anything, it only made him like his body more.

In high school, he used to exclusively wear sports bras to bind down just enough to look "normal," as he had been instilled with a fear of being bullied or worse. However, with his boyfriend's enthusiastic acceptance and his friends' support, he's felt comfortable enough to feel like he doesn't have to. Now he is just as likely to show off his curves as he is to gently bind, depending on how he feels that day.

He loves cute and fuzzy winter clothing, from sweaters to mittens, fluffy socks to over-sized earmuffs. Nowadays, he has a growing fondness for summer too, with its big hats, flowing sundresses, and sandals.
