Do not resell a design made by me for more than you bought them for, unless they have additional art that was not attached to their original sale listing. Art does not have to be commissioned to count for this, and the value of the art on top of the original art is up to the reseller.

Characters designed by me can be retraded or regifted freely.

Character designs made by me can be freely re-designed or edited to your heart's content, so long as MY original art is not being edited in any way. This includes minor changes such as color palette changes.

Do not use characters designed by me to depict gross themes such as zoophilia, noncon, incest, pedophilia, etc

Do not use characters designed by me to make closed/open species. Personal species for your own private worlds that may be made into designs for close friends or whatever are fine, but I do not want characters designed by me to be made into a mass-produced species to be given out to strangers on the internet for any reason.

Do not buy my designs if you intend to co-own them with someone. Each character is meant to be sold to one person, and I do not want to get caught up in potential messes if two co-owners have a falling out and must deal with dividing the character in some way.

Pleeeease don't buy designs from me if you fully intend to leave them to gather dust. I understand that sometimes you don't connect with a character after buying them, and that's fine, but if you're a serious character hoarder with thousands of OCs that have seen no use, please consider getting a design from someone else.
