• Loves star motifs more than anything else, you'd be hard pressed to get her in an outfit without stars somewhere on it
• Like all of my Succubi/Incubi designs, their eye shine is heart-shaped. This is technically a detail that can be left out, but I do think it's neat

Personailty

Anyone could take one look at Elpis and know that she's someone important. She draws everyone's attention to her easily, charismatic and charming until the end. It's no surprise that she's amassed quite a following and her strong sense of justice paired with that is going to make her goals very easy to reach. While she is the pinnacle of kindness and charity to her followers, Elpis has no sympathy for her enemies. In her eyes, to impede on her plans is to say that you are complacent with cruel, evil people continuing to exist in the world- at which point she will consider you a necessary sacrifice to get to the truly deplorable people. Anyone that isn't on her side is an enemy...and her enemies are not people who deserve to live long enough to see a peaceful world.

Story

Like all children born in the Vale, she was born to be a part of a matching set. Elpis was born as the Succubus of their pair and her brother was born the Incubus of the pair. For some curious reason or another, she was born with a mutation to her natural powers- she doesn't just have the ability to take powers away, like all Succubi, Elpis ABSORBS whatever power she takes from others and may use them herself from then on.

Something that happened in Elpis' past is what influences her current plans.

Elpis has been working on building up a loyal following, to assist her in the goal of making the world a more just place. She has donned the title of "Godkiller" and it's only a matter of time before this self-fufilling prophecy comes true. She aims to absorb the powers of each of the Living Gods(a Phoenix, a Tanuki and a Dragon) and then to see if she can get her hands on an Oracle of Death. Elpis believes that if she can combine the powers of the most divine beings to exist, then she will become a holy being unlike any other- to become the kind of God that can TRULY rid the world of all its injustices.
