genderfluid cat freak whose upper body (minus hands) and tail are pure plasma.. you can see the skeleton through it. body is very unstable so wears a custom-made rubber suit to keep it in and not kill ppl.

hands and feet are webbed. has no claws. non-electric skin is very soft and smooth but not hairless (like velvet) and bolts for whiskers!
