Valko's a familiar face around the Agency, and a veteran Berserker Agent. Though he may seem intimidating, he's actually very friendly and fiercely protective of his teammates.
When he isn't busy, he's assigned to solo missions on Eden-227. These are body retrieval missions. Valko hates this job, but does it because there aren't many others who'd choose to undertake the grim task.

Valko's a familiar face around the Agency, and a veteran Berserker Agent. Though he may seem intimidating, he's actually very friendly and fiercely protective of his teammates.
- "SKULLBREAKER" . Valko's custom-built Decimator and his main weapon.
- EXECUTIONER . Valko wields the Executioner on solo missions for mobility, stealth, and its lack of need for ammo.
- SPECIALIZED CALAMITY SERUM . Due to Valko's built up tolerance, he needs a specially fabricated, more potent serum. It gives him a more intense "Bloodlust", but a worse fatigue on end. If used by another Agent, it could cause temporary catatonia at best, and irreparable brain damage at worst.

Valko was first recruited to the Agency as an Arbiter when he was 21. His girlfriend, Delain, was a Lazarus Agent. Two years later, the Agency offered him a promotion if he participated in drug trials to develop a new Berserk Injector, as their current serum was turning Agents psychotic. With little explanation to Delain and believing that it would be short, he accepted the offer. Instead, it took a year and he was kept from communicating with people outside of the trials. Many Agents were terminated in the trials, succumbing to the same fate as the early Berserker Agents. Valko survived, and the Agency developed Calamity Serum.
Valko returns to service as the fifth, technically eighth, modern Berserker Agent. He attempts to reconnect with Delain, but she already moved on, believing he was dead in the year he was gone. She breaks up with him, and Valko's devastated. He eventually moves on, continuing his service to the Agency.

Valko's fashion sense is lacking, and if he's not in work clothes, he's in plain clothes such as sweatpants, and hoodies. Kind of dresses like a dad.
- His aviators are prescription, but he tinted them so people would assume they're sunglasses.
- Pomades his hair but it always gets messed up anyways.
- Self-conscious about his height.
- Being desensitized to violence has made him crave adrenaline more. Unfortunately also led him to develop a thing for gunplay.
- Unusually good at art.
- Binge eats when he comes back from assignments to bulk up again before the next one.
- Created the Agency Sparring Bracket on a whim with a couple of friends, and has held the title going on 8 years now.
