[At first glance you would think that Monday is as cool as a cucumber. A friendly and even flirty gal who knows how to sell her skills and keep a small crowd entertained, she is witty and chill, pretty confident in herself. But in reality, it’s not exactly like that.
She IS a friendly gal and she is confident in her skills… but she’s usually a bit anxious and self conscious about herself, she just learned to ground herself which makes her… inattentive. Monday will speak before thinking, and because of her softness and being a hopeless romantic she will end up flirting without realizing until it is too late. Just wait a few seconds until she realizes and freaks out entirely.
Her hyperactive self never really chilled, and her brain is constantly jumping from one thing to the next. She is ditzy and forgetful, and might take her a few extra minutes to get sarcasm, double entendres and some jokes. She can have a bit of a hot head in certain situations but is loyal to a fault, not thinking twice about booting off her own well-being and safety for the ones she holds most dear to her. ]

Eleven magical threads are pulled from Monday’s palms with which she can weave her target’s celestial chart upon the moment of their birth, displaying it for all to see. For her spell to work accurately she has to have eye contact with the target for at least 30 seconds, during that time Monday’s eyes will glow white and she’ll start weaving while in a quiet, dazed state.
The different colored threads read different aspects of the target’s astral chart:
Yellow: The Sun, reads the target’s fundamental essence and the core of their being.
Pink: The Moon, reads the target’s innerworld and emotions.
White: The Rising sign, reads the target’s personality and impression.
Green: Mercury, reads the target’s logic and rationality.
Orange: Venus, reads the target’s ideals and perception of love.
Red: Mars, reads the target’s willpower and aggression.
Green: Jupiter, reads the target’s fortune and spirituality.
Purple: Saturn, reads the target’s professional achievements.
Blue: Uranus, reads the target’s innovative and rebellious side.
Teal: Neptune, reads the target’s intuition and imaginative side.
Black: Pluto, reads the target’s power and transformation.
Once the chart is formed Monday can translate the weaving into words and, if so desired, can pull on the threads with her other spells for various effects.

With her Threads of Fate spell active, Monday can pull a twelfth thread from her palms. Golden in color, the thread can be tangled with any of the already existing lines on the chart to alter the luck of the specific lines of fate depending on their color. This can make the target do better in a work interview if tangling with the purple thread or, her most popular request, have a better luck with love if tangling with the orange thread.
This spell can also be used to create a protective barrier for the target by tangling the golden thread with multiple threads and pulling it down over the target; this will change the entire chart into a golden color, serving as a net to protect from both physical and magical damage. If Monday pulls a second time, once the net has been cast she can swap positions with the target, teleporting them out of harm’s way.

With her Threads of Fate spell active, Monday can pull the threads of the Sun, the Moon and the Rising sign to use the sign’s constellations to attack a target.
The intensity of the attack depends on the house she picks: the Sun will give a strong explosive attack, the Moon sign a quiet, medium intensity attack and the Rising sign a precise, low intensity attack.
The type of attack depends on the sign pulled:
Aries: The ram will charge at the target, exploding upon contact.
Taurus: The bull will charge at the target, physically tackling them.
Gemini: Will create a starry copy of Monday who will mimic her every move.
Cancer: A consortium of starry crabs dance while they light on and off. It doesn’t do much but it’s kinda neat.
Leo: The lion gives a stardust roar, pushing the target back as if fighting a stardust storm.
Virgo: A starry maiden waltzes through, taking any incoming attacks to shield Monday and/or her allies from magical hits.
Libra: The scales will reverse the gravity of the target to match the pull Monday gives to one side of the scales.
Scorpio: The scorpion tail encapsules Monday’s own tail, giving her a piercing close combat spear-like attack that can burn the target upon contact.
Sagittarius: Creates a starry bow, it can shoot an infinite amount of star arrows at the target.
Capricorn: The goat screams until it faints and explodes when it falls. Not very useful but it’s sorta funny.
Aquarius: A wave of stars will flow from the threads towards the target, drowning them under their weight until dispelled.
Pisces: The fish will circle the target, trapping them inside a starry vortex.
Story
Morrigan Moriarty was the second born child of a very loving, tight-knit family of dragons in Mels Alora. The family lived comfortably with her father working as a teacher and her mother working as a nurse in the same school. Morrigan grew up with stories of how her parents met and how fate had brought them together. This made her heart yearn for such a story for herself once she grew up… to find that one person that could make it feel as if the stars changed gravity around her and pulled her to her one perfect match.
Morrigan had a pretty quiet and normal childhood. She had her (15 minute) older twin brother with her and the two went to the same school. Morrigan was always the louder one of the two and she had a bit of problems making friends as a young girl. Her peppy attitude and zest for life made her a bit much for her peers and a bit of a troublemaker to her teachers. These issues slowly increased as she grew a bit anxious and self conscious when she started moving towards her teen years. While she would always have that connection to her brother their interests and lifestyle slowly drifted, so they started doing things on their own. She started working with her more assertive aunt Ellie, who taught her how to sew and make patterns. The handwork helped clear her mind, focus and wind down plus her aunt was such a fun person to be around, full of joy and fun stories while they worked…
Her interests in the stars and “fate” never left her, constantly reading magazines for the horoscopes and learning fun ways to “read into the future”, this drove her into channeling her efforts into Starlight magic which ended up as another life-changing experience. It was hard work, as her chosen domains were not easy to master but once she did she was finally able to read and alter fate like she once dreamt of as a kid. She started her own “online service”, streaming her readings and offering viewers one-on-one chart readings for small fees and fortune spells in areas they felt they needed a push with. This new hobby helped her become a little better at talking to people, she gave herself an online persona (Monday!), made her more confident in both her magical and social abilities and it made her feel useful! She gave a bit of hope to hopeless romantics like herself…
Moving to Arcana
Life was the same, she worked with her aunt… her online following grew, she made a channel to give general astrology readings and her own horoscopes… Mels Alora was always the same quiet city and she needed some change… it was about time she moved out like her brother had already done but rent is usually expensive… it wasn’t until her dear aunt mentioned her own girlfriend had just moved into a new upcoming town on a little island, with really cheap properties and how much she’d like to follow her there… Perhaps they could move? Having Ellie there would give Monday a bit of stability while still having the freedom to change her own fate.
