Personality
While being both hard working and determined, Oliver can be a huge jerk. In fact, he usually is. He is most at ease when around Atlas and Reese, and is most stressed when around his family or peers.
Story Summary
TW, Abuse, Suicide, Death -His father, a famous scientist in their area, was physically and mentally abusive. He was depressed every day, being trapped in an endless loop of feeling worthless and being yelled at, but having his feelings invalidated because people didn’t believe that his father would do anything like that. His mother was as helpful as possible, but she couldn't do anything about the situation. When he was 12, he met Minh, who was, in his words, “my saving grace.” They started dating, but she tragically died in a car accident that Oliver witnessed, he attempted to save her from the burning car, only burning himself in the process. He went through a deep depressive phase for months, attempting suicide twice until he accidentally met Atlas after saving him from being beaten to death by a shop owner. After that, they met Reese who was under a roof in a rain storm. They have been close ever since.
