Cedar is Clover's brother who was thought to be dead. In reality, he refused to be a pawn for his parents and turned against them and the war. He was kicked out and is a squatter in the rougher parts of town. He keeps a low profile now that his parents, in a rare act of mercy, declared him dead instead of a sympathizer. He works in secret to oppose the government that keeps the war alive as a sniper. Though he hasn't seen Clover in many years and she thinks he's dead, he still keeps an eye on her from afar and hopes to get her out as well. When Clover manages to flee, he is proud but stays behind in order to continue fighting the good fight. He is gay and a smoker oooof course.
