EIDELLIALTIER CHEILIER, OF THE VAST AND BALANCED
Cheilier is one of the first Altiers to have ever formed, her form spawning from Universe's creation. From the intense heat of the stars and immense gravity, her form was shaped to the likeness of all that have inspired Kin.
Her size and true shape is largely undefined, her body masked by a large brimmed hat with a veil (similar to a Mili). Cheilier is noted to have plumes of smoke for 'hair', which wafts in waves before dissipating at the shoulders. She appears to wear a form fitted dress, which makes her seem like she is gliding when she moves. Like many Kin who assume more humanoid forms, she lacks a visible face. Instead, she beholds her sigil upon the null space beneath the veil.
As the Eidellialtier, she is referenced as the Noble Avatar of Balance. Her presence and will grants balance among Kin, allowing them to attune their magics to Reality, Time, and Space. She grants perfect peace among the elements that would typically be far too dangerous combined. In the name of Balance, Kin praise to her name when they seek two sides of the same coin.
