Trying to survive on the streets, Moo grew up stealing and hiding, being homeless, resulting in her egocentric view on the world, chasing comfortable life, even if it affects the others negatively. She's not the one to blame though, as she had indeed a hard and traumatic childhood. She lived like that until one day she pickpocketed an old scientist Akasha, who quickly noticed the absence of his wallet and confronted Moo. He gor interested in her vitiligo, and offered her food and shelter, so he can study the causes and symptoms of her skin condition. Moo's initial plan was to get to Akasha's house to steal any pricey trinkets and food she can find, but eventually she realised, that living with him was the best thig she ever expirienced. She really had a warm and dry bed, new clothes (which she didn't like though) and any food she wanted, and started helping Akasha with domestic chores, so she can stay in his house even after he finished his study of vitiligo. Not that she liked working, but it was worth it. And Akasha, being an old science freak, living in a pile of dusty as-old-as-himself books, indeed needed her help to manage somewhat clean and organised house. Eventually, they even got attached to each other a bit, but of course, none of them would ever admit that.
