Scarlet lives in a small apartment in New York City. She was raised not too far away, in New Jersey. She lives paycheck to paycheck most of the time. She is not close with her family. She plans to go to college, but is taking a year off of school. She is a pyromaniac, but she never does real damage. Her fires are limited to junk mail and other flammable garbage.
