Yoko

Deli are one of the intellegent species living in Lagrima. They are small creatures looking like raptor and bug mix, living mostly in tree villages in wild, almost unapproachible forests. Unfortunately, the closest species to them, Malvas, are still practicing slavery, so they are trying to destroy Deli's forests and capture the civilians so they can serve them and boost the economic growth of their country. Yoko is deli, who was sent away from her village to be safe from the dangers that Malvas bring on deli's land. This ended in Yoko hating any form of hierarchy and restrictions, as she accociates it with invaders that are trying to destroy her home. Though she can't really say she misses her family or homeland, the freedom is the main value in yoko's life since then.

Living in a temple where everyone's duty is to help others was a torture for Yoko as for individualist and self-centered person. She still did what she must though, often watching groups of the smaller children, as they seemed as the only ones who knew how to have fun at the whole temple. Also this meant she will receive her portion of delicious curry at the end of the day which was a good reason to deal with annoying surroundings.

Later she got to know Vasilisk, the tan'shalan living in the same temple. At first he annoyed her, but later they both realised they have a lot in common, and started to spend a lot of time together. They quickly became best friends so finally Yoko had some company to collect bugs and to dream about freedom while watching the sun drowning in the mountains. Until one day Yoko realised she just can't wait a few more years to leave the temple legally. She wanted to escape now, at the night, to finally make that dreams come true. So they did. Unfortunately, Yoko and Vasilisk were caught in an avalance, and though Vasilisk managed to survive, Yoko did not. Her dream crashed in it's very beginning.
