Profile
He is not a one-off character, whatever I may say. He is off his absolute rocker. He speaks as if something stole a human's lungs and throat is trying to mimic human speech, but didn't know it needed a mouth, tongue, lips, and vocal cords to sound normal. Communicates through a combination of exaggerated hand gestures and facial expressions. Whenever he enters a new location, he ALWAYS searches every single little crevice, not a speck of dust remains unobserved. This extends to situations where he, unfortunately, finds himself in large cities. He's been seen himself, yet no one ever really seems to describe or pay any mind to him.
