My favorite sad sad man haunting the narrative.

In a few words, Peter is a local sweetheart nice guy. He is calm, charming, polite, and unexpectedly intelligent person, really nice to be around. Yet, he's not by any means a soft sensitive guy all the time, he *has* a powerful inner core and knows well how to keep control and act decisively when necessary.

Peter is very loyal to his friends and the NCR in general; tends to idealise the last one a lot as he percieves it as his personal savior he owes his life to, and Peter is dead serious about his 'forever debt'. And he's extremely stubborn.

Despite feeling comfortable around people, he has very obvious predisposition to thoughtful, melancholic mood, and the alone time is very important for him. Stuff he thinks about is often...not the most joyful to say the least, but he doesn't feel like discussing it with anyone [the growing sence of distance and loneliness goes brrr], staying supportive and positive guy for everybody yet being secretive about whatever actually bothering him.

Raised in NCR camp since his early teen years, shortly after his dad passed away. An excelent shot, who ended up being the sniper from the same sniper cell with Jack (he was the spotter and she was the shooter). Even though snipers tend to have /conflicts/ with other soldiers, Peter's case was definitely an exeption. Everyone seemed to love the friendly and calm guy with warm smile who always managed to find proper words! Well. Until one sunny day he suddenly shot himself, leaving no hint of evidence of cause to his shoked friends. And triggering a chain of events he didn't mean to provoke.

Design notes:

• 190 cm | 6' 3''. Tall lanky man, slim but actually has muscles and is rather strong.
• Aquiline nose, thin and elongated.
• His skin color is light, yet not /pale/ or something. Just an average healthy white person skintone idk.
• He has freckles! Mostly visible on his face tho.
• Has some gray hair. When not combed, hair would be almost bob-cut-long.
• Feel free to draw him in NCR form or to desgin him something new [probably would be something practical and simple, there's no chance of him wearing any fancy stuff in this economy world state.]
• Things on his neck are the army dog tags and they're not optional.
• There's no need to colorpick from his references, just try to keep his aproximate colors/shades ratio recognisable and you cool.

Connections:

• Jack - his sniper partner, his best friend since his first days in NCR he shares sybling-like bond with and his closest person ever. He's...Sorry.
• Lindsey - his childhood friend who he concidered one of the smartest people he was lucky to meet. He respected her a lot.
• Jessey - his childhood friend, along with Jack and Lindsey. Peter always had a soft spot for Jessey in his heart, percieving him as a younger brother he never had.
• Sarah - a girl he befriended recently...and developed a crush on. And then something really bad happened to her and he was helpless to do something which has probably affected him.

• It's always morally correct to draw him interacting with your fallout characters if you want!!

Trivia:

• Motifs/associations for him are knights, rail roads, old books, big birds (mostly hawks but also vulture due to that old nickname of his), borzoi dogs, fallen leaves and autumn/fall in general, mist, distant stars in the night sky and wheat fields.
• Inspiration: Tommy Le Homme, Achilles, Caitlyn, Simon, Dale Cooper , Will Turner, Albrecht Stein, ДДТ, Дарья Виардо and The Smiths music.

• Surprisingly educated for the wasteland guy. Very interested in philosophy, history and psychology and is extremely excited when when he has the chance to pick up a new book. He also enjoys chatting with smart people. Or just being a live podcast for his friends, which...happens much more often.
• Loves poetry, but his own awkward attemts to write something turned out embarassingly shitty..
• The only language he speaks fluently is English. He also knows some latin words/phrases and maybe may remember some Polish words if he tries really hard to.
• Smokes quite a lot, doesn't mind drinking alcohol if has a company but is not really a great fan.
• To see the sea or the ocean one day is his pipe dream, which he has zero illusions about. Still, it's nice to imagine some ideal scenarios sometimes, right?
